Mill Valley Studio, circa 1977 or 78. Dr. Richie Moore, my mentor, with "Stranger", a great band from the east Bay.
The "Blue Room", our only source of for Bodily Functions

Bob Missbach did the Control Room Conduit Design and install, as well as wiring the equipment
With Beverly and David Schwartz in unfinished control room
Allen Rice, the Yeager Family's Baldwin Grand Piano, on it's side next to him
As Beautiful In Black and White, as it was in Color. A very nice environment to work in.
Bob Missbach, Ric Wilson, Kincaid Miller, Pete Scott
"The Feeze" Drew Feezey, sogwriter and Producer brought a whole bunch of great musicians together. This was obviously, the Basic Track session, the SM 58 gives it away!
Kincaid "I can do it better" Miller. A great keyboard artist in teh days before MIDI, and a wonderful guy. A frequent client at BOTH Tres Virgos Studios!! First session with the Unit, TVS MV with Roger reid on drums, John Thompson on Bass and Guitars, and 'Kaid.
The Late Great Keith Knudsen. A regular visitor to both of the Tres Virgos location. Longtime drummer for the Doobie Bros, and a great human being. He is missed by all that knew him.
'Canoe" again. Notice the Senn 441 on the floor tom , AKG 452's on hat and rack tom. This kit was hand rubbed at the Pearl Factory in Japan. He had 3 sets, this one had been outside for a while when he brought to the session. It was raining out, and he pulledup in his old truck. No Road cases!! He started chucking them out the back, and bringing them in. He "headed" the kit, tuned it up, took off the heads and re-headed again. It was one of my favorite kits I ever worked with !
The Feezey Sessions Rythym Section. Keith Knudsen, Ric Wilson, and the amzing John Thompson. Great Bass player, guitar player, drummer, and fine vocalist. I look forward to reuniting with him again someday.
Ric Wilson. I first met Ric when I returned from Bogota' Colombia in 1971. After touring with the like of Paul Bell down there, I didn't think I'd ever hear somebody as good as Paul agian. It only took 3 days before I met Ric thru my good friend Bob Morris and Brian McColgan. I was amazed at his playing, and still remain one of his biggest fans, and friend.
The Feezey Sessions were lots of fun, great music, great compadres. Thank you Drew Feezey, I just remastered your tapes and they're ready for you after 25 years!
The Feeze during basic trax playing the Baldwin. SM 58 mic gives away the fact this is a basic track.
Thanks to my good friend Bob Morris for documenting so many of the sessions way back when!
